PAYMENT

1 - PRICE

The prices invoiced are those in force at the time of the order, FISHANDFISHING.COM may modify its prices at any time without prior notice. Payment of the order is payable in advance via bank card, bank cheque or international transfer.

2 - TAXES

Orders and deliveries to be carried out on Union European territory are subjected to the VAT in force in France at the time of entering the order. For certain countries that are not part of the European Union, a customs duty may be requested by the local authorities on receipt of your order. This customs duty is never included in the sum of the order.

3 - DELIVERY CHARGES

Certain products may be sold without delivery charges payable by the customer. Delivery charges may be applied below a minimum sum fixed by FISHANDFISHING.COM. The sum of the delivery charges may be connected to the place of delivery and be different if it concerns Continental France, Metropolitan France, the DOM TOMs, the European Union or the rest of the world. Reimbursement of the return carriage when it is paid by FISHANDFISHING.COM, may in no circumstances exceed the sum of the delivery charges engaged for dispatching the product which is returned.

4 - PAYEMENT

Payment is only in Euros, as of the order, net and without discount.

You may pay for your order by credit card, by postal order or by international transfer. Your order is only considered effective on receipt of the payment. In the event of non-payment, FISHANDFISHING.COM will not take the order into account.

5 - TRANSACTION SECURITY

The information that you supply during the payment by bank card passes through the Internet securely, directly on the server of our "CAISSE D’EPARGNE" SP+ bank. At no time shall we have access to this data.
